Jim Thompson | President
In 2003, Jim founded Concentric Management Systems, Inc. in order to serve the training, consultation and assessment needs of his clients, specializing in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and AIAG core tool implementation. In 2008, Jim relocated the corporate business operations to Charleston, SC. Jim is an Exemplar Global accredited QMS Lead Auditor.
A Management System expert specializing in automotive manufacturing process improvements, Jim has 20+ years of experience serving domestic and international organizations in their pursuit of excellence.
As Executive Assistant, Megan Brandle is an expert at organization. Megan has designed and implemented office organizational processes for Concentric that keep us running on all cylinders. She has worked on projects from document file structures to online training implementation. Megan could also be referred to as the “Director of First Impressions”. She takes care of our customers and keeps our management staff in line!
In addition, Megan is a certified Image Consultant, Personal Stylist and Style Expert with a BA in Fashion Marketing & Management. She is also the Personal Stylist for Best Kept Self. Megan loves streamlining and making everyone’s lives easier in all areas. In her down time you can find her fixing up and flipping houses and trying to better her life one step at a time.
Ronii graduated from Shepherd University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. After moving to Charleston, SC she continued her education and obtained her MBA from The Citadel in 2006. Ronii’s experience includes Director of Operations at America’s Research Group and W5. Ronii’s expertise in marketing research gives her a unique approach to marketing strategy and planning, and her consumer behavior experience gives her an edge in understanding consumers, marketing strategies and trends.
In 2010, Ronii was a Rising Star Finalist for Most Influential Women in Business and was a Class of 2011 Forty Under 40 winner for the Charleston Regional Business Journal. In addition, she was a Marketer of the Year Nominee in 2010 and a Finalist in 2012 for the Charleston American Marketing Association, where she has worked in several board positions and was President in 2013-2014.
